The Hangout is proud to be the home of Valkyrie Women’s Wrestling Club (VWWC) — Arkansas’s first and only year-round, all-girls freestyle wrestling club. With coaching from current and former collegiate athletes, VWWC is at the forefront of growing women’s wrestling in the state.

VWWC offers comprehensive training year-round in Freestyle, along with seasonal programs in Folkstyle and Greco wrestling. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, VWWC provides the perfect environment for girls of all ages and skill levels to thrive.
