Sarah’s introduction to yoga commenced during a period of injury recovery, where the practice not only restored her mobility but also ignited a deep passion within her. With six years of teaching experience in Fort Smith, Sarah’s approach to yoga centers around finding equilibrium between strength and flexibility. Emphasizing functional movement to bolster resilience against injury, Sarah specializes in teaching vinyasa, or flow, style yoga, ensuring participants experience a dynamic session characterized by movement, perspiration, and focused breathing.

In Sarah’s class, participants can anticipate a guided journey through exercises designed to cultivate strength, balance, and flexibility, fostering a holistic approach to physical well-being.

Class Description

This 60 minute class is all about making sure yoga is accessible to all, regardless of skill level or background. Sarah invites everyone to step outside their comfort zones to find a deeper connection within themselves. Her calming presence and expert guidance will keep you coming back to your mat, and after each session, you’ll walk away feeling confident and more in tune with your body.
