The Elite Performance class offers a comprehensive physical training program aimed at enhancing athletic qualities for competitive athletes, maximizing playing ability, and reducing the likelihood of injury by improving body composition, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility, coordination, dynamic balance, power, and more.

Elite Performance PROGRAMS

Strength, Agility and Vertimax Group Training

This program is designed to improve body composition, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility, coordination, dynamic balance, and power.

Athletes

In many court and field sports like basketball, tennis, and soccer, elite versus sub-elite athletes are characterized by better muscle strength and power, balance, linear sprint, and change-of-direction performances. To achieve high performance levels in these physical qualities, training must start at an early age during long-term athlete development. Our EP class does just that; maximizing the youth athletes sporting ability by efficiently learning the basics of movement, speed, agility, plyometrics, balance and more.
