The Strength and Tone group fitness class is a dynamic workout designed to build muscle strength and definition while improving overall endurance and fitness levels through a combination of resistance training and cardio exercises.

What is Strength and Tone?
A whole body conditioning class which targets all the main muscle groups in the lower body, core and upper body. This is perfect if you want to tone up, tighten muscles and increase overall strength and flexibility.
Class Description
In this 60 minute class you can expect to increase your muscular strength and endurance while sculpting your muscles using dumbbells, steps, bands, gliders, stability balls, and other exercise tools. All levels; beginners welcome!
